Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form provided in the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
